Bio
Originally from Munich, Germany, Dylan brings a European perspective to player development and a genuine passion for helping young players reach their potential. After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in International Sport Management from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, he has continued to build his coaching experience through FC Augsburg’s Football School, where he serves as both a Camp Leader and Coach.
Dylan believes in creating enjoyable, challenging training environments where players are encouraged to be creative, confident on the ball, and willing to learn through mistakes. His coaching philosophy combines technical excellence with a positive team culture, helping players develop both on and off the field. As he continues working toward his USSF B License, Dylan is committed to bringing modern coaching methods and high-quality player development to every training session.
